Groups

Named ensembles — like "Chancel Choir" or "Handbell Choir" — that you can assign to any service, performance, or template item.

A group is simply a name and description for an ensemble — “Chancel Choir,” “Youth Choir,” “Handbell Choir,” “Brass Quintet,” and so on. Groups themselves don’t hold a roster of members; they exist so you can assign who performs an item without retyping the ensemble’s name every time.

Managing groups

Create, rename, or delete groups from Groups in the sidebar. A group can be assigned to any service item, performance item, or template item.

Deleting a group

Deleting a group doesn’t delete the services, performances, or templates that reference it — their items simply lose that group assignment.
